To place an icon in a slot I recommend GIMP, Paint.Net, or Photoshop, The borders are the same size as the icons so overlay the borders over the icons and put the icons in. This is an asset pack for making your own dream roster! This has over 100 characters and three different shapes for icons, as well as different backgrounds and layouts for borders.
